Background With projects such as new Highways and New Dedicated Freight Corridors the development alongside this infrastructure was but obvious and thus making this in a planned manner became a new project named "National Industrial Corridor Development Cooperation".  Such projects are growing and seeing huge Government investment flow which will be aimed at the development of futuristic industrial cities and investment destinations in the world. Offsite Project: The Offsite Projects are called Made in Factory Project or Prefabricated Project where the projects structural members are cast and manufactured in a factory and then transported to the site and assembled. This is like setting lego blocks that are ready-made. Why choose this method? Hyperloop

 What is Hyperloop? It is a transit system where sealed/pressurized tubes are used, in which the pod is sent from one place to another. The sealed/pressurized tubes help in reducing the air resistance and thus makes it available to transit at a very high speed. This idea first came from Elon Musk in the year 2012 and then published the alpha concept in 2013 and later open-sourced it for all and built a tube from LA to San Fransisco which cost $6 billion which opened for companies that can make pod travel at the speed of 760 mph. The first successful transit was done by Virgin with a test speed of the first passenger cart of 127 mph. Where are they operating right now? The only working line is in the desert of Nevada where the 500-meter track is there. The line showed successful passenger transit. As on earth human population is on an exponential rise, many and many people are trying to get home in a city where they have easy excess for the workplace for their own living.
