Construction By 3D Printing
This is a core method used in construction or building fabrication. Also called Autonomous Robotic Construction System (ARCS), Large Scale Additive Manufacturing (LSAM) or Freeform Construction (FC), also to refer to subgroups, such as 3D Concrete, used to refer to concrete extrusion technologies.

There are a variety of 3D printing methods and the two main are extrusion, powder bonding, and additive welding. Construction 3D printing is widely used in all sectors such as the commercial, industrial, and public sectors as well. The advantage of this printing technology is faster construction, low-cost labor, accuracy, greater integration of function, and less wastage of building material.

Various Methods:

There are various methods such as on-site/ in-situ fabrication of precast of the building unit using industrial robots. To date by use of 3D printing in construction, components such as cladding and structural panels and columns are built, bridges and civil infrastructure, artificial reefs, and sculptures are made. The technology has been popular in recent years with many companies, including some backed up by prominent names from the construction industry have been started up. And as the years pass by a new generation of machines grew and with every passing generation, the capability of the machine grew much more than previous.

Large-scale cement printing disposes of the need for conventional molding. The pumpability, printability, buildability, and open time of this construction 3D Printing are checked. Construction speed from this technique is such that we can build a house in under 24 hours.

Some Examples Of Construction 3D printing:

The 3D Print Canal House was the first full-scale construction project of its kind to get off the ground.
In Spain, the first pedestrian bridge printed in 3D in the world.
In August 2018 in Palekh, Russia world's first application of additive technology for creating the fountain was done.
