Absolute Marvel:
Absolute World is a residential complex of five buildings housing twin skyscraper towers in the Absolute City Center Development in Mississauga, Canada. Absolute World with an organic structure is aimed to evoke the goodness of the environment and nature-friendly altitude.
The complex was constructed by Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group. The structural design was conceptualized by Sigmund Soudack and Associates Inc. which is a Toronto-based Engineering firm. The first three towers of the complex are termed "Absolute Vision" and the two & storied skyscraper are termed as "Absolute World".
The Absolute towers are constructed using glass, concrete, and steel. Its twisting rhythms resemble the human body. The Entire 56 storied building rotates by different degrees at different levels thus matching the scenic backdrops of the whole building, eliminating the vertical lines used in traditional high-rise architecture to emphasize the height. The tower twist 209 degrees from the base to the top. The tower has six-level underground parking too.
Some More about Civil Engineering:
Each floor has a different rotation with different degrees of rotation. The building has some grid of concrete load-bearing walls which show response to contraction and fluctuation created by the twisted floor and the balconies consist of cantilevered slabs. By this, the building design becomes naturally aerodynamics adeptly handles wind loading, and ensures comfort throughout the building.
