India. Well, a developing Nation and a booming Asian country leading the world with new technology and new infrastructure development. We see many cities coming up with new infrastructure projects which are in line to develop in towers which will attract new tourists in the country and help the tourism industry.

Mumbai, the financial capital of India has put forth a plan for building Namaste tower in the downtown of the city in Lower Parel. Lower Parel has been a place in the city where we can see many new towers such as the World One, Trump Tower, and now Namaste Tower. The tower has a design such a way that it looks like two hands are joined in the form of Namaste as an Indian Tradition.

The Tower is currently under construction in Mumbai and it will be a mixed-use skyscraper with 60+ floors with 400 rooms and hotel and retail space. The designer is Atkins, Dubai. The tower started construction in 2011 and is estimated to complete in 2022 and the builder is Jaguar Buildcon.
